Good stuff EG... as usual...

Fiberglass dust sucks!!! Itchy-itchy-itchy!! Have someone hold a vacuum nearby to suck some of it up as you go helps but you may plug a filter quickly..??? (Not a Craftsmen though!) An idea you likely thought about already but if not...

Wash with cool water and then lotion your self where you were exposed to keep the itching to a minimum... Cool water keeps your pores closed and lotion helps relieve the irritation... Again, more stuff you likely knew but just in case...

I hate itchy fiberglass!!!

You Cut your car - Are you Freekin' nutz???:a

I'm looking forward to what you are doing, and what step 5 is, and I'm reminded how nervous I was when I swapped my T/C and rear carrier this winter - my mods then were tame compared to what you are doing. You got BIG kahuna's to do that!

Stephen...how do you propose to work around the pads for the coupe top? [I guess that is the biggest difference between an FRC and a Coupe!...beside speakers]

Initially, I am going with Toyo RA-1 Road Race tyres on "secret" wheels in the following sizes :

335/30ZR18 Rear
275/35ZR18 Front

I have 275's on the front right now and love it. The compound of the tyre is more important then the overall width (for me). We will see how it goes.
