LG Street Series question...
This question was asked in the Z06 section, but apparently either nobody knows, or they just don't want to help. I'm wanting to purchase a set of LG Street Series, but I need these questions answered before I pull the trigger...
I'm either going for
LG Street Series, with cats, that tie into the stock pipes
OR
LG Street Series, with cats, complete with the X-Pipe
I was under the impression that the stock Z06 pipes flow pretty well, Am I going to be leaving HP on the table if I don't get the X-pipe as well? If so, how much.
Thanks in advance.

Get the X-pipe and if I am not mistaken, you can't buy LG headers WITHOUT the x-pipe. Don't they sell their header systems complete with Headers, X-pipe, intermediate pipes and the off road pipes (these are the ones that are about 12" long that replace the hi flow cats)
Anyway, you SHOULD replace the Z06 OEM "H" pipe with LG's X-pipe. The "X" pipe that comes with their Street series is not as nice as the one that come with the pro series. The PRO series "X" is more like a siamese pipe rather that the actuall "X" that comes with the Street series...
Either one though beats the OEM "H" pipe

LG sells Street Series that tie into the stock pipes for $300 less. I don't really want to pay $300 more just for the sound, and maybe 1 or 2 rwhp, but if it will be robbing the set-up of too much HP I will just get the full system.
