I know that this is a four year old thread- but it had SO much great information and photos that I had to create an account just to give you my thanks for your efforts to post this and keep the photos up. I was image searching trying to help my rebuild and 1 of your photos popped up leading to this thread. I'm all about doing everything right and although I have the book it is dry and fails to mention a lot of the things you've done. This is my first rebuild and I'm a bit nervous, wish me well!
