HID headlights
I bought the corvette garage HID headlights and I am very happy with the output of the projectors, but the light jiggles around and flickers alot. I know due to the sharp cutoff of HID that you will see the cutoff line move up and down with the cars suspension, but this seems like it must be slop from the pop up mechanism or slop from the gears. I was wondering if anyone else is noticing this and If there is any solution to the problem. It is very distracting when the light is hopping all over the road.

I have an update to what I found wiggling on my particular headlights. The horizontal adjustment bolt wiggles where it feeds through the upper part of the headlight frame(engine bay side of the light). The actual popup portion of the headlight actually seemed quite rigid on my car...now to figure out how to get that bolt steady. For a tempory test I may try to secure a few zip ties onto the bolt and secure it somehow to the popup frame.
