Hey all, I'm in on this GP too As most of you know, Nate runs a very reputable business. He's also been a great Forum Vendor. So we're all in good hands. He hasn't charged any of us yet, and won't do so until he's ready to ship. Importing products from overseas can be a major PITA. Too many unforeseeable obstacles make dead lines impossible to promise. In the best interest of having Nate (and other vendors) continue to offer such Group Purchases, it's to our benefit to remain patient. He's doing a great job of keeping us well informed, and he'll certainly deliver as soon as he possibly can. Let's make Nate glad that he offered this GP and show our appreciation for his efforts, as opposed to making him feel stressed

+1

besides, prior to sending them to the buyers, nate's verifying the kits and making sure they will have NO issues...unlike the same kits that can be purchased elsewhere...

Thats an easy one, read their "buyer's protection policy". If a shipping number is provided, and the transaction was not through ebay, they will not reimburse you for missing / misrepresented items. I know this because it happened to me over a Borla XR-1 exhaust system I purchased. I only received the xpipe and paypal refused to reimburse me. Lukily, I paid paypal with AMEX and they did after 9-10 months

The latest info- we are to receive all 40 kits Wednesday or Thursday of next week.

I rather not go into details as to why the long delay.
I am extremely dissapointed and frustrated with the situation, but I am doing all I can to see this gp through and deliver kits.
