Default Twin turbo setup

I was thinking about an sts twin turbo kit on my 99 vette that has 40k miles on it and a head and cam package. i know i would need a new cam for boost but would the car need forged parts if i dont go over 7 pounds of boost? would it be a good daily driver? and last how much power would be expected with a twin turbo kit (7 pounds of boost) patriot performance heads, boost cam, full exhaust, cai, ls6 intake and a good tune?

I would get the bottom end forged and all the rest you mentioned. I believe 7 lbs is ok, but to be safe I would do everything right the first time. Power, well that will depend on your car and the tuner. Good Luck!

You said head/cam package. Did the new heads raise the compression ratio at all?? If so, I'd be extremely cautious.

Good piont, high compression and boost don't get along. Have a long talk with the people at STS too. They probably know a thing or two about the deal.
