I actually bought a set about 2 years ago and haven't had any problems, although I don't track the car. So, for normal street driving they are fine. Whether they hold up under racing conditions, I am not sure.
I actually bought a set about a year ago. I don't track my car but they are holding up quite nice and look very nice. I don't drive much in the rain but the rotors are still rust free from the zinc coating that they received.
Whuch ones are those on Ebay? I am getting ready to order some also. But I have heard that unless you track you do not want the slotted only the drilled because it eats pads and lots of dust.

Search any of the vendors I listed.........but I can't recommend any of these as I haven't received mine as yet, so I can't say if their good or not.
As to drilled and slotted, I understand that this is pretty much just for show and street use. I have drilled and slotted rotors on the front but they rust too fast as they are not zinc coated. But I haven't noted any additional dust or wear running the drilled and slotted rotors.

It's hard to say, but as a general rule, most ebay rotors are made in china. While I don't specifically have anything against china (except bad dogfood, toothpaste, concentration camp work conditions........) I do have a rule that I WON'T buy any steel from china. This is both professionally and personally.
It is common practice in china's foundrys to alloy the steel with extra fillers. This steel doesn't meet the required rockwell numbers for its supposed grade, and failures are common. This is commonly known in the industry.
Plus, the drilled ones are done post process with no engineering, just make a pattern that looks good. Rarely are they stress releived afterwards.
That said, you'll probably be OK, but for heavy use, they'll probably warp. Many users here have had good experience. Personally, I spent a little extra for the AC delco ones, and then had them Zinc dipped by a local plater.
Try this link and make an offer for them. Also ask them to zinc them, they will do it for free. I got mine for $240 plus shipping. I also bought ceramic pads for them. No brake dust.

The vendor I ordered from tells me that these are Canadian blanks and machined in the US.
