I just drive mine in, but both of my C5's are stock, not lowered. The back of the trailer has a drop ramp with an 18" foldout apron. Does not high-center either.
Obviously you only want to flat bed this car. When I had mine taken to the shop, the tow driver put a pair of 2X10s in front of the ramps to lift the car up to minimize the angle as it approached the flat bed. Keep in mind that the black rubber air dam in front is flexible.

Mines lowered an inch, when I bought it a couple weeks back it took an hour or so to get it on the trailer. The eaasiest way was to unhook the trailer from the truck, block the wheels and jack it as high as the jack can go and then block underneath the back of the trailer so it doesnt "flip up" when u drive onto it with is disconnected from the truck. Then I used 2 2x10's about 8 feet long to from the ground to about halfway up the ramp and put some other smaller pieces underneath to brace them. The nose is so long and low you really cant get up too steep of an angle.....kind of a PITA but it was better then making two 8 hour round trips to buy the car.....
