Battery failure
My Exide Orbital failed this morning, EXACTLY two years from the date it was installed! My car is driven regularly and never sits for more then a few days, so I'm baffled by this. There was no warning of an impending failure, although the other day the starter did seem to hesitate briefly before starting. Then a couple of days ago my Heads up display suddenly changed from just the M.P.H. readout to all functions showing, without any help from me! Ironically, the free replacement on this 84 month warrantied battery was TWO years, exactly, to the day, the length of time It was in my car!

At least you will get a new battery free. While most last longer than two years, there's always the exception.

Sometimes batteries just fail for no apparent reason. Any brand, regular or agm. Sometimes they just go bad. All you can do is get a new one and hope for the best.
