My 2002 Z06 dynoed at 366 RWHP before being tuned - which seems good for a car having only a CAI and cat back. After tune - it dynoed at 374 RWHP.
This with the DIY CAI I installed using the directions on this thread.
I am certain the Callaway CAI yields more HP gains - as well it should . For me at this point, the DIY CAI looks fantastic and seems to prove itself on the dyno.
Bumping this old thread up as other forum members may have an interest in this less expensive - but effective DIY solution for a CAI (read thu the thread- many of my posts confirmed sizing of silicone couplings and where to buy).
