Heck, I crossed that a long time ago according to several people.
Right now though I’m having fun showing this car the majority of the time and just use it for cruising on weekends.
I like to keep adding something fresh to it each year just to keep the interest and attention going for show purposes.
The way I see it, if I didn’t, it would just become that 'Ho-Hum' same old ordinary flamed vette we’ve seen a hundred times already. After a while people /judges would lose interest in it unless there’s something new to draw attention.
If I wasn’t into the show aspect of it so much, I would have stopped a long time ago with the mods. But right now, that’s what I like to do so I keep at it.
One other thing I might mention is that every interior mod I’ve done I’ve used spare parts for. If I ever get tired of looking at it, I can have the interior back to stock in a day’s time....

- i agree - kind of reminds me of a guy here in town with a black hummer - i bet at least 40% of the outside of the hummer is chromed - the rig looked great until it was over cook'd - kind of like a small guy with small hands wearing a 5 Ct. ring -

Hey, I was just giving Jim crap about getting some therapy, but it is "HIS" Vette and he can do what he wants with it.
I really think it looks cool and it is defineately unique in it's own way.
As Oprah would say, "You go, boy!"
with you (Jim). If your into going to the car shows. You have to show something different each year. Or it just becomes the same old thing. Keep it going, your Vett looks great. Hope to see it in person some day.

...Thanks Ed....
