Thanks for all the emails guys. I'll be hard at work.

I'd especially appreciate the pics from those who have pics of their work in progress.

For example, one guy sent me a pic of his gear swap in progress which is great cause I haven't had an opportunity to get pics of a gearswap for the gears page yet.
