How do you remove the front plate cover?

I believe there is 2 screws at the bottom of the cover.

That's correct---they may be a little hard to see if the cover has deformed down.

Directly from the front, and bottom of the cover, the screws are about two inches in from each side and they are small phillips head screws. That front cover is some what flexable ( at least in Florida temperatures ) so don't worry if you have to angle the screw driver a little. Take the two screws out and swing the bottom of the plate cover out and up.

I use a thin shafted philips, I also put the Licence on for inspection this year and then put the cover on over it with velcro in case I ever get busted. The top has tabs that slide in under the nose and it seems to be staying on very well! Velcro on the bottom only.

I had to lay down in front of the car to get to the screws, they are under there you just have to look closely!
