I still think that the Ace Slick Hyperblacks (Z07s) are the best wheels for a C5. All I need now is an extra $1,100!

Let's see some more pics!

Thread revival! Looking to buy a set of these for my '98 coupe.

I'd like to go staggered 18/19's.

Front: 18x9.5 +53
Rear: 19x11 +63 OR 19x11 +73

Fronts are fine, but for the rears, if my math is correct, the +63 offset wheel gives 11mm less inner clearance than a stock Z06 rear wheel:

Rear Stock Z06: 18x10.5 +58

The +73 is even tighter, 21mm less than stock, not to mention they will sit inside the fender more than the lower offset +63.

Even so... I see that Corvette Garage 19" Z07's (aka Ace Slick) come in the +73 only.

SO. My question is, will there be any clearance issues if I go with the 19x11 +63, lowered ~1" on stock bolts? What if I upgrade to C5 Z06 or even C6 Z06 brakes?

Hum.. is there a reason why most go with the 18's?

Rear 18" Ace Slick: 18x11 +53

Thanks guys, in advance.

Hello.

19x11 in 63mm is no longer made, only 19x11 73mm.
The C6 Z06 brakes work fine with 19x11 73mm on C5 and C6.

18x11s are not very popular these days, everyone wants 18/19 combo.

Not sure how low you can lower the C5 with 19x11 73mm, but we have sold many of the same packages with no call backs from customers.

Thanks,

Nate

I know I'm late to this thread party, however I might as well post them up! I have received many compliments over the past few years I've been running these wheels. The Hyperblack matches up well with Medium Spiral Gray Metallic IMO.

We do not have a set at the moment to weigh.
They are heavier then stock wheels, but also bigger and wider!
Thanks,

Nate

Took some pictures of these today before we shipped them out.
Chrome finish 18x9.5 and 19x11 Z07s with Hancook tires and sensors...
Enjoy.
