nassau blue, how rare?
Hi to all you guys & gals in the USA, i am from across the water & live in London the UK & i am the very very proud owner of a gorgeous 1998' Corvette C5 Convertible, it is painted in the original factory body colour which is the very striking 'Nassau Blue Metallic', i would like any facts or figures as to how rare this factory colour is for the C5 especially on a Convertible as in the UK it seems to be a very very rare sight indeed! can anyone tell me how many were made in this rare colour or any info on how to find out some other way on the internet? any help or info will be well appreciated, i trust in you guys as i have had fantastic help on other issues before, thanks & best wishes to you all, long live the Vette! Mick.

I really don't know, however, you may be able to get the information at/on the Nat'l. Corvette Museum Site http://www.corvettemuseum.com/ or at the C5 Registry http://www.c5registry.com/ Good Luck

Melting Slicks
from mid 97 to 2000 GM made just over 3,100 Nassua Blue C5's in 99 and 2000 it was avaiable in all three models. I think it is a super color I have had mione for 10 years, I always get comments on the color
