rear rotors

I need help. replacing rear rotors on 2003 zo6. when I took off rear rotor parking brake came off also inside the back of rotor with a weird type of bracket. I have no idea how this goes back together. any post with pics. I don't want to do the other side because I'm not sure how to back off parking brake.

rear parking brake

thanks for your help guys but do you install the clip 1st or while its in the brake shoe. where can I get a service manual from.
