Default Fob

Had PCM removed and tuned. Ofcourse I diconnected neg. battery terminal. Everything is fine except both fobs inop. Both worked fine before. Battery was disconnected for 5 days but have driven 100 miles with no issuses. Re-program?

No need to reprogram I think. All you need to do is re-sync.
Get the FOB close to the car then press and hold down the lock and unlock buttons at the same time. The car horn should chirp after a few seconds to let you know the FOB is re-synched.

Repeat for other FOB.

thats what i was saying but always thought it was called reprogramming not re-syncing my bad! so yea what he said which is what i said sorta kinda but using a term i was thinking it was called but guess not
