Fog Lamp Help / Question
I recently noticed that my 'new' to me corvette has a dimmer passenger fog lamp then the driver (looks a bit silly for such a nice car ).
I figured that the previous owner did not replace in pairs and went and purchased the ultra bright bulb this weekend. I replaced both and still have a bit of a dim look -- I would describe the driver's side as very bright with a prism effect; the passenger side being a bit brighter then the original, however no prism...
The fixtures both appear to be original, as well as the lenses. Is this an electrical issue / loss in ground / ????
Any suggestions

Are the bulbs identical? Before I would go off chasing wires, I would make sure that I'm comparing apples to apples. I would even go as far as to replace both bulbs with identical bulbs.

One cheap mod is to replace the stock 37 watt bulbs (with a black end) with 50 watt bulbs (with a clear bulb) (855) and re-aim them, it makes a world of difference.
Check, maybe someone replaced just one with the brighter bulb.

One thing you can try real quick is to splice the bad light's ground into the good light's ground. Just take a wire and connect it to both points. If the dull light brightens, then you know it's a ground issue.
