I sold my 99 BMW 540i to get the Vette. There was no need for having 2 V8's in the house and ever since the C5 came out I alway wanted one. The Beemer was a great car and I miss it from time to time, but the C5 puts a smile in my face everytime I get behind the wheel...

WOW! I got $15K for my 351 4 speed '70 Mach I, and it was a gutted out SHELL, just last year! I had completely re-welded the car solid, floors, wheelhouses, torque boxes, quarters, radiator support, etc. And the car was complete and in pieces!
That '69 Big Block Mach is one I would have kept!
I see we share the same addiction, I figure I've owned over 80 cars and motorcycles so far!

Believe me John..I wanted to keep it....The BIG "D" said otherwise

I restored every one of those Mustangs MYSELF...(except for paint) even did the upholstery myself....None of them were complete basket cases mind you, but they ALL needed attention.....Even the CJ car....I STILL miss that car....it was the closest thing to the sheer brute power of my new C6 Z-06...

This one. Insurance gave me $1,500 more than I paid for it 2 years earlier.
I like this one a lot better.
