Caliper rebuild kits are going to cost you about $ 25.00 at the local stealership. THOROUGHLY Clean the dust and grime off the pistons with damaged boots before you push them back in the bore. It will damage the piston seal with potentially dangerous leakage and loss of brakes.
Rebuild kits are much cheaper and easy to use. Just pop out the pistons, remove old seals, clean things up a little put on new seals and re-assemble. Having compressed air to pop out the pistons helps, just watch out you don't smash your fingers when the piston pops out under pressure.
Thanks for the info guys.. I finished up installing the rotors and pads and will order a rebuild kit..
My neighbors always get a kick out of it.. "whatcha doin this time" "when you going to the track next... how'd you run last time.. how fast does this thing go".. Its a conversation starter. .The guy across the street comes up to me and tells me the new setup (cam, turbos... no exhaust) sounds "awesome"..
