The reason why im asking is the great debate between the mustang dyno which i was on compared to the dynojet, my numbers on the mustang dyno were 361.3 rwhp and 341 max torque. I have heard the mustang dyno is lower by 10 - 20 comments

Your #'s sound about average for a c5 z06.
It doesn't really matter what a given Dynojet reads.
They will all be a bit different.
I personally wouldn't worry about dyno differences, because you will get about 1000 different opinions about which dyno will read what amount.
If all you have readily available is the Mustang, or the Dynojet, etc, just use that dyno for all your future tuning and you'll know how the mods affect your car, in a consistent manner.

dyno "numbers" are only half the story, of course. The way the car arrives at that peak is important too, depending on what you are doing with it.

That said, mine is at 353/341 right now, after 72000 miles. It's also running rich, which I don't like. That's another thing from the dyno that you can't get at the strip: Air to fuel ratio is important to overall performance.

I've had it on a mustang and on a dynojet. The mustang numbers are lower, for the most part, but the objective of the dyno tune is to see where the car starts out and where it ends up after a tune. Thus, since it's only the relative numbers that matter, you can tune on anything, as long as you have a good, careful tuner working with you.
