I cant see spending close to 400 additional bucks for a 1600 order

So a vendor who is making 15-20% on $1600 should eat the $400 in truck freight?

Easy Wyatt Earp, I bought it

Try reading the whole thread, and how it played out before you post

Guys, Forged Line wheels using the same barrel as Iforged ...
So to get the barrel faster, you may try Forged Lone as well

I think it's just noticeable on here where highly mod'ed cars get recognized (and the owners post lots of pics). I have never seen one out and about in person, and Florida has a pretty high density of Vettes.

I'd say you're still in a +tiny+ minority (and it doesn't dilute how killer it looks)

Not a problem at all... your car will look awesome. Just seems that most of the folks that decide to keep their C5 and mod (like me) go with a TS nose.

Just seen it become far more common on the forum in the past 2 years.

I hear ya, I certainly could of went on to a C6, or something else, but once you get past a certain point you might as well go all the way.

The decision was made once I blew the stock motor

Once that happened its full throttle with the Mods

Plus modified C5's just look better

MAN!!!! I love being part of the Md. crew. I saw Andy's new cf wheels last Sunday....WOW, BEAUTIFUL. Now everyone is going crazy. I thought my LSD hinges were a nice step in the right direction (I know, some like, some not) last week, but I really like the TigerShark front with the L5 quarters. I am headed that way myself! Great choices Maryland!

Looking forward to seeing this GREAT looking rubber man...I wouldn't hold my breath on the (6 week) IForged projection though. Hopefully you'll be one of the lucky ones and get them as promised.
