I'm going with no. 55w is poor wattage for an aftermarket halogen low beam. 7000k color temp can only be achieved by a blue filter on the bulb itself which significantly reduces light output. This will make your headlights even worse.

I put 80 watt low beam and 100 watt high beams in my stock housings.
Very Very bright.
In fact I had to lower the beam due to oncoming traffic flashing me.
