I like them in some applications. I love the black ones on a red car! Painted to match is cool too! I think they are "racey", not "ricey"

These look like a different brand or model. The lines more closley follow the curves of the Vette:

I like them, I think. I also like the wheel and caliper treatment. I wonder though what they'd look like if the hood lines were followed over the lights so the black takes off the rounded light cutout? I hope you know what I mean.

As I've said before as others have said in this particular thread. It's hard to wrap your head around the Depos with a stock front end and hood. Def. need a high rise hood to balance the equation.

ZEX...your latest pics are AWESOME!!!

Sorry, not a fan of the bugeye look at all. Never was, never will be.

Don't like them on C5Rs either..but racecars ain't designed to be aesthetically pleasing.

Sometimes it's more about function than looks

Kinda what I stated, re the C5Rs.

I choose not to emulate one with my street car...but if an exposed headlight mod will somehow increase my performance, by all means, advise what sort of trap and.or tops speed increases I should expect.

If you meant illumination performance, everyone knows these suck as bad as stock until they are modded too.

That's exaclty what i'm talking about. I added the HID bulbs and they were still almost half as much as the ACA's

Horrible look no matter how they are done. If someone wants exposed go buy a c6. I own several of both generations including the C6 ZR1 and think
C5 and C6 look good for their respective body style. Don't know why I'm replying to a 10 year thread but ran across the thread looking for something else.
