Several of the site supporting vendors sell them. You could start calling/e-mailing them. That's the long list on the main menu page in the column to the left.
SOUTHERN CAR PARTS is probably the best source with various options available. They frequently run specials with rear trunk mats/floor mats as well...

I just bought my second, this time from Southern car parts. The first one I bought was nearly 2" thick and didn't fit well. I'm very pleased with the thinner, lighter and better fitting unit from SCP.

It's really easy to make one that, I think, fits better and is exactly the way you want it. A little particle board and carpet and you're good to go. Maybe some velcro to hold it in.
