For around that price, I'd suggest the Noah. I have it on my Camaro convertible and it works GREAT! Easy to fold and a soft material. Keeps the car very clean even after rainstorms.
I just bought a Weather HD for my C5 (made by Covercraft) and that is an awesome cover for rain and dust. (Not as easy to fold though because it's lightweight, so it slides off a slippery car if you don't fold it properly). The water beads right off of it though like liquid mercury and it dries quickly and looks awesome. (Mine is blue and black). It's expensive though, $300 or more (if you get custom colors).
Btw, got the Covercraft from Car Cover USA. And the Noah from a local speedshop. Do some searches though... I think you can get the Noah for as low as $125ish. I remember seeing that somewhere.
