I have a haltech and was wondering the same as well. Don't know where to get a new filter but I ended up just getting the K&N recharge kit and cleaning it. I inspected the filter all around and re-oiled it and it seems to be doing the job. This might buy you some time until you can get a new one if you really need it.

Halltech Beeline Race Filter, is the dyno king. The filter Media is Dupont Reemay, and flows over 1200 cfm. That should take care of any 500 cubic inch motor and beyond. Dynoed 2 HP over our standard filter, and 5 more than our ISO filter, this filter will put down the numbers. This filter will also dial in long term fuel trims without the need for programming. Not recommended for the daily driver.
If you can't find another filter through HALLTECH and you still have the old filter, call S&B FILTERS in CA.
That might even be an S&B FILTER as they make performance filters for many of the after market intake companies. If it is an S&B FILTER, they might have it in stock or they will custom make you a new filter from your dimensions with a quick turn around.

Good catch hotwheels57, they are a bit confusing between “Killer bee’s” “Stingers” and “Venom”. That was the only filter element I saw listed on the site, I guess CraZee Zo6 could call them. Looks like they offer the S&B cleaning kit so it might be their filter too?
