never heard of them, but whats the problem? if you rather go with a more reputable shop, whats keeping your from doing that? price?
even though, though for a transmission shop, a rebuild is not a complicated thing, and according to their website, they have all the typical upgrades as well. should be ok

The price is not problem my car is at a GM dealer ship. I have a aftermarket warranty that is giving the dealer ship 2,900 to buy a new transmission but the dealer ship wants to buy a High Performance transmission to put back in it and I was wondering if any one had heard of this transmission D&D

Who cares what the dealership wants. RPM rebuilt my trans for under $1000 because it really did not have much wrong with it, and a lot of what I paid for were stronger aftermarket parts that I wanted.
Bottom line is you want reliablity, right? You want a trans that is not going to malfunction EVER again, right? Get it done by somebody that knows his/her way around an M12 trans. I can recommend RPM as one such place (believe they are in Indiana). Get yours rebuilt, too, as opposed to someone else's--a rebuild doesn't necessarily replace everything.
I'm assuming your car is stock and you are not doing a lot of drag racing with slicks. If that is not a good assumption, in that case you do want to upgrade your trans, but you want to know exactly what parts you are upgrading & what those parts are going to do for you.
