Well you can get some less expensive but I dont know if I would trust them! !
I have seen few people run the skinny wheels from spare tires up front and I believe Camaro rear wheels in the rear! !
Im sure someone will post soon !

I have 97-99 stock 17" wheels for the rear with Mickey Thompson ET Streets and plan on buying some front 17" skinnies from Greg Weld. They are the 92-Star and they are 17x4.5" and I think I saw them for under $200. They havent made them yet I dont think but when they do I plan on buying them. Then later down the road I'll buy the rear 17x8 for the rear. Just suggestion to look into. Good Luck!

I've seen people run the GTO spare up front as a skinny and F-body rims with slicks out back but I'm not sure I would run that setup personally. Just do it right and get a used drag pack when money permits.

Melting Slicks
No, you will have to do a little modification to the rear spindle. Just a little grinding on the top of the cap and spindle. No removal of parts.
Grind on both sides of the spindle tabs and also in the back of the cap- about 1/8th inch each.
