Audi A4 interior in C5?
But with all that said, if you want it bad enough and have the money for a shop to do that then go for it. I'd check with the shop first just to make sure it's something they can do. Maybe bring an Audi and the vette over there so they can see them in person before they realize things won't work. Also you have a rare vette. It would be a shame to see it not work and have ruined a perfectly good rare vette.
Best of luck if you do try it.

I used to do crazy stuff like this .. well not quite this crazy.
CONSIDER THESE POINTS
OK even if you like the dash and other stuff better you have no idea of the work involved.
Are you planning on using the Corvette electronics and guages.

Well you better or youll be on top of a bridge ready to jump. I put a C5 instrument panel in a 57 chevy with a Lincoln MK 8 dash. The engine was a LS1 so it kinda worked out.
But Audi electronics FORGET IT.

So lets say you like the Audi dash shape and only want to Graft in the Corvette Instrument panel. Dont think about cutting the panel it would be easier to repair the Hubble telescope.
You would be better off stripping the dash inserting the Corvette IP and re covering the dash.

OH yea .... what about the airbags.

Take it from a street rodder.
IT COULD BE DONE.... you might have to move the engine a little or maybe extend the rear quarter a few inches .
Hey thats why people dont build street rods.
Its an ILLNESS NOT A HOBBY
Mike. ( A recovering street rodder )

It would be great to see something different. Got to do pics though!!
And just keep your stock parts (Sell them here if you aren't going back) and go back if you want to.
It is not the end of the world to make changes and just a day or so to return it to stock.
Who knows maybe it will be much better and more people would want to change?
I like the story about John Delorean who was the head of Cadillac and transferred to head of Chevy (I think it was Chevy, may have been another division.) At the time they could have any car they wanted to drive for a personal car but had to be in the same division you worked with. So he had a Cadillac interior put in a Chevy car for his personal car!
The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
"The Corvette is THE best sports-car value in the world. Think of what you're getting. The greatest value for speed is the motorcycle. You can get an $11,000 Kawasaki ZX14 that goes almost 200 mph. It's governed to 186. It does 0-60 in 2.5. The next greatest value is the Z06, at $65,000. To me, I always get annoyed at these people that say, ‘Oh, I don't like the interior.' Well, shut up! Go get a living room set then. What do you want to pay for? Do you want to pay for performance, or do you want to pay for faux carbon fiber and all that other nonsense?" Jay Leno

Thank you all for your input, whether it's positive or negative, all views are welcome. It shows the corvette community is generally a mature and friendly one, which Makes me even more proud to be part of it.
I understand people that say such an overhaul would hurt the resale value of the car, but I'm not planning to sell it anytime soon. If I decide to get an S4, I'll still keep my pace car. The whole idea started when I was riding in a friends A4, then driving my car afterwords, It made me realize how bad the C5 interior really is. I mean I love everything else about the car, it has been maintained well and runs great for a 10 year old car. It's still a head turner too.

But the fact remains, the interior is what you're looking at %99 of the time and the C5's isn't that great. Even the C6 which I've spent some time in isn't much of an improvement either. I guess that's just a GM DNA thing (although the new CTS is pretty good inside out).
I don't wanna go on forever but I've contacted a shop and they told me nothing is impossible
. They said it would take months to finish and asked me to bring my friend's A4 in for measurements. The electronics will be a major set back, but they say they can figure something out. Worst case scenario is they'll leave the gauges which I don't mind at all, they look pretty cool anyways. But I don't know how it would flow with an Audi interior. I'll see next week when I make a visit and keep you guys posted

1- A friend in Germany can source all the parts for a very good price.
2- The A4's interior is actually very good, one of the best IMO. It's a perfect blend between luxury and sporty.
3- I'm guessing it won't have many high tech gadgets like some more expensive cars, which would complicate the process even more.
4- It won't be that far off in measurements compared to the C5.
I'm trying to mix it up though and get some parts from an RS4 including the carbon fiber trim:

Maybe this steering wheel ( I'll do something about the four rings though):

Go for it, and post pics!
Guys here will say it isn't like a Corvette so it won't look good. Post same in an A4 forum and guys will say it would be nice except the outside body of the car.
It is your car so if you want to do it then do it.
AND POST PICS

What are you thinking. If anything change the wheels
