Default What is going on with GM parts

I need a seal 24207010 @ $10.96 and it seems to be unavailable but the new part number 24228816 is $52.23 and how many do you want?
This is the seal in the adapter plate in the differential on a4 automatics.
I tried crossing it nationally and get nothing but dead ends. Anyone know of a source or do I have to bite the bullet.

I do not know of another source, but I did read that GM had raised their parts prices.

Did you try pricing it out at gmpartshouse.com? If they have it at that price, then you're right - that's a huge price increase.
