Door cracked/broken
Anybody ever hear of a C5 door simply braking/cracking at the upper hinge location. Sure, it was pushed opened fully, but not hard enough (in my mind) to simply break the damned door. I'm trying to figure whether this is common or possible defect. This is my 3rd C5 over ten years and have never imagined that I could simply break the door off by opening too hard. Gimmie a break!

Mine cracked due to the wind and was repaired using 24 hour epoxy. The door skin needs to be pried out a little so the epoxy can flow down the crack, then the skin needs to be compressed to the door frame with tape or weights until dry.
