Since GM doesn't publish production numbers by color each year, the only thing we can do is extropolate (estimate).

We know that there were 33,682 total C5's produced, and 2,090 were FRC's. 6% of the total production was the FRC. Also - there were 5,125 Pewter cars made total. So if we assume that 6% of the pewter cars produced were FRC's - the number is 307.5. Here's my source for the numbers....

www.idavette.net shows a total of 5125 Pewter Corvettes in 2000.
2793 Coupes
1810 Convertibles
522 FRC

This differs from some of the other sources such as C5 Registry & Corvette Action Center.
