Beware of Shippers Collision Repair in Lebanon, TN!!!!
I was planning on using Shipper's Auto Collision Repair in Lebanon, TN for some touch up work on Maggie, but after our experience detailed below with them, I'm warning everyone to stay as far away as possible!!! It's long, but tell all your friends and family that if their insurance company or whoever recommends this place to stay as far away as possible!!!
AVOID THIS BODY SHOP!!!!
Shipper's was to repair a couple small dents on the bumper of our Acura TSX. When we went to pick it up, they had not repaired one of the dents, the grille didn't fit right, a piece of the bumper was very loose and gapping, lots of dirt in the paint, and the interior was quite greasy. We told them we would not accept the car, and left it there.
The second time we went to pick up the car they had both dents fixed, but there was still trash in the paint, and the interior was still dirty, so we left it with them again........
The third time we went to get the car. The trash was out of the paint, and as soon as we turn into their parking lot we see swirl marks all over the side of the car!!!! They had wiped down the car with it dry and damaged the paint on the entire car. There was still dust from rubbing compound on the hood, and when the light hit it right, you could see where they had wiped most of it away, but not that spot.
Then we look inside the car and find that the kickplate is muddy and so is the floor mat.
Customer Service?! The owner claims that they washed and vacuumed out the car? Then why does the car have spots on it that were there when we left it, and why is there dirt inside the car?! Sounds like someone doesn't know what he's talking about.
Once we got the car home, we found on top of all the dirt, grease, swirl marks, that they had broken a part off of the seat!!!!
The owner stated they completed the work they were supposed to do(front bumper), but will not take responsibility for the concerns he created with the rest of the car......

Perhaps time to take that shop to small claims court.
