After driving my new to me C5 a bit, I've noticed that the trim seems to have shifted a little. Anyone have any directions on how to take the trim apart and re-seat it?
Here is a picture showing the gap that opened up to the right of the radio housing:
I have the same issues... along with some general rattles all around the interior that come and go.
When it is cold out the car is nice and tight and nothing makes a sound, but when it warms up or if it is warm out there are a lot of rattles.
I plan on ripping out the entire interior and doing the sound deadening insulation mod. If that doesn't tighten up some of the trim pieces I am going to try to run some sort of fabric on the edges of all the pieces to tighten up the gaps, possibly will go with sticky Velcro.

The Vette Essentials web site (www.vetteessentials.com) has some very good instructions on how to remove the piece you show in the pic. Follow them and hopefully your trim piece will fit better.
I don't think there is a C5 that doesn't have that gap issue on the radio trim. There's a little tab on in the inside of that corner that holds it in place. A lot of people have said to wrap this with electrical tape and it will hold in place.
