Default Installed C6Z51 Sway Bars & Metal End Links on the 98 Vette

Just installed a set of the c6z51 sway bars and metal end links onto my 98 vette last week and I must say I am now more confident with my car since she handles 10000000000% better. Car had horrible body roll with the stock setup but now that it is upgraded I couldn't be happier. Also have the c6z06 shocks installed and its seems to be a great combo. Best Christmas present ever! Thanks to my wife I am back in love with my car. Now if Missouri weather can just clear up so I can cruise. If anyone is on the fence to buy these go for it! And thanks to Gene these came in quick.

I did the same mods last spring. You are gonna love the new ride.
The only problem I have now is the car sits 1/2 to 3/4 inches higher.
I need to lower on the bolts just have not had the time

i pulled the trigger on the same set up in november. its handles like a totally different car. i cant get over how much a defference it made. so now that i got the suspension out of the way, its on to go fast parts.

i have heard of the c6z shocks raising the car up some, depending on how worn out your shocks are when you put these on. i didnt notice it really because i lowered it at the same time. but the front on mine sits about 1/2" - 3/4" higher than the rear, the rear is perfect, so i plan on getting longer bolts to even it out.

Man I can't wait. I have the C6 Z51 sways with endlinks and C6Z06 shocks waiting to go on. I also have the ZIP front and rear lowering kit to do at the same time. While the car is torn apart, I'm gonna install some other goodies. Racemesh grilles!!! Gonna send out my PCM for a mail order tune. Gonna rip out my interior to start my install of my huge A/V system. Full treatment of Second Skin sound control products is also here ready to go.
car might be down for most of the winter. Can't wait to get it all installed and get it on the road.

I installed my shocks a couple weeks ago and noticed it sits a bit higher. I plan on getting the bars soon. Then i'll have to lower it. Thanks for the review.

I put the C6-Z51 bars on and love them - C6Z06 shocks are in the garage waiting for me to install - sure hope they don't raise the car as I have it all the way down on stock bolts up front and don't want to cut the bushings etc (already have longer bolts on ther rear)
