Funny out of all those only Shell can be found in my area. We are smothered in Mobil/Exxon's,Citgo's, Valero's and a bunch of no names. You would think Mobil would have made the list since one of their ads claim drive your engine clean.

On a serious note, the top tier system doesn't apply in UK
The best gas I can find is Shell V Power which is 98 octane RON(=93 octane PON) which has a cleaning additive similar to Techron. That said I've never had power issues only the odd gauge problem. It happened once in Vegas and twice recently in UK.
The gauge problem is caused by build up of sulfur on the gauge sensor leading to corrosion of the pick offs. The sooner you treat it the better and Techron seems to work.
In the US, Chevron add Techron to their gas so if you can use that brand that will help with the gas gauge issue.

In additon to selling gasoline, Chevron manufactures and sells additives for gasoline and lubricants... their brand name is Techron....
There are likely other gasoline brands that use Techron as part of their detergency package.

Same here in Mass. Only Shell available here. No Texaco, Chevron or any of the others. We have Sunoco but only Sunoco Canada is listed.

I run shell V-Power. In this area the shell fuel is all gasoline w/ no 10% alcohol - I know that because I run autofuel in my airplane and I test it regularly - alcohol can cause problems w/ older a/c fuel systems. Anyway, that the only top tier fuel in our area that I know of.
