I believe Radioflyer is retired from the vendor biz, but check with him and see what the possibilities are...

out of curiosity can these be ordered with the lenses not sealed onto the housing, for painting reasons. also how is the sealing of these headlights as far as moisture fog up on the inside of the lenses?

If you can still get a set from Radioflyer, you need not worry about that the lense and shroud are separate. Beware you will need to do some work on preping the shroud for paint, as the mold he uses is rough. Moisture hasn't been a problem for me on the set I have. I do get a small bit of water/soap under the lense sometimes when I wash the car. I have experenced no problem with moisture.

I know I am reviving an ANCIENT thread here, but I need some help... I have a set of the original light cannons with the Hella lamp enclosures, but wanted to swap my high beams for some new LED Cree bulbs, so I purchased the LED's as 9005's. I was a bit aghast to discover that they just don't fit. The HIDs I had in there have much smaller in diameter locking tabs. The standard 9005 simply will not fit. I compared the new LED lock tabs to an old Halogen 9005 bulb and they appear to be the same size. So, I'm at a loss, here. I read earlier in this thread that 9005's are used for both low and high beams, so I'm stumped. What gives?
