I forgot that I had this problem, as it just started raining heavily the other day. I've played with the seals, checked for a gap at the window, but still nothing. The leak occurs where the two weather strippings meet, on both sides (passenger side leak closer to the rear)
When I got off work, opened my door and my seat AND armrest were splattered with rain drops. Im hoping you all have an answer, cause im sure this is killin the leather and cushions...
Is the glass compressing the rubber a little at the top? If it is not making good contact, you can tip the window in slightly at the top. Search window tip in adjustment. It can be done with the door panel on.

I found the window tip adjustment thread, I didnt know if that was the only way to fix something like this. Illl see if that fixes it
This is what worked for me put the window up on both doors then close the doors and ad dielectric grease on the weather stripping it makes the stripping swell up good luck
I had taken my vert to a body shop to get the windows properly adjusted. After the worked on it for two days, they called the Chevy rep. he told them there is nothing they can do to make a very not leak! So, I keep a small towel in my car. If I get caught in the rain, I place the towel on my left leg to stay dry...
damn, im hopin I have some luck stopin the leak. The weather is supposed to be nice so Im gonna try the window tip adjust ment WITH dielectric grease and pray that works...
