With help from my good friend installed mine yesterday. Used a lift and everything went in as planned without issues. The system looks great and sounds even better than I thought it would. We did remove the starter to help the install. Overall very pleased with this entire system.
just wanted to thank Jon for some great customer service - I received my XS Power midpipe with a tiny pinhole in one of the TIG welds on the flange - he promptly sent me funds to cover the cost of having a quick bead of weld put on it. Thanks again.
Wondering if anyone has any dyno number before and after the header install? These seem like a great product for the price but just curious if the hp gains are the same as the higher dollar headers. I figure they should be roughly the same give or take 5hp. Everyone has said the quality is very good and also top notch customer service. Very interested in this for my next upgrade.
Just finished up my instal today, started last weekend but took my time. I am very impressed with the fit and finish of these. Plenty of clearance around the steering shaft, no plug wires touch any primaries, no leaks at all after a few heat cycles. Really like that they sound close to stock under 3000 rpm (catted version) the car only sounds slightly louder. But after 3000 rpm WOW do they sound wicked! . I bought a new set of stock header bolts, used all the other hardware included and all seemed like very good quality parts. Would have been nice if it included the 4 nuts/bolts required to bolt up to the cat back, had to run out for those which was a little inconvenient. Also, the instructions didn't mention anything about disconnecting the steering shaft. I fought with the driver side header for a good while from the bottom and just could not make it fit. After disconnecting the steering shaft it went in very easy. There should be a mention of that in the instructions IMO. Pass side was tricky maneuvering around the starter but not too difficult, that was well detailed in the instructions. I used high temp copper sealant on the h-pipe ball flanges and that seems to have worked well. This was done on jack stands. I really want a lift if I ever install another set, getting too old for this, lol. Overall very good quality for a good price.

You can't go wrong with these, I gained a solid 23 to 25 h.p. at the wheels with the tune. It sounds so much better with my new flowmasters and just woke the car up.

Do u happen to have a dyno sheet and what's your exact setup? Looks like I'll be saving up for these in the near future
