is this possible?
I want to customize my climate control face plate. Does anyone have a thread on how to remove it without breaking it? or has anyone done it really nice. I think I want to make it piano black to match my custom bezel, I do not care if i lose the driver/passenger writing. any ideas?

The climate control in not hard to remove. pull the console and bezel to get to the screws and pull out slightly remove electrical connection and prep for paint. I haven't painted mine yet but its on my list for this winter. But I have removed for repair.
