I am 32. I have an '03Z. I pay $376 a year. Unlimited mileage but can't drive the car Jan thru April 10. Since I live in PA that is ok because the weather usually sucks during that time. That is with Erie. Full coverage with a $500 dedu. for collision. I was with Allstate and they were charging me $1200 a year.
It pays to shop around.

I'm 32 also, with an 03 EB Z insured by Erie for about 400/yr!! I live in WV, so I don't even drive from November to March or April!!

Damn, I'm going to have to get some new quotes. Clean record, 32 years old, 02 Z06 listed as my daily driver (only car) for $475ish per 6 months through Nationwide. And that is w/ my home owners ins w/ them too. Thought I was doing pretty good. It is $10 a month cheaper than my 99 Trans Am was though.

Before I went to American Collectors Insurance ($456 per year)with restrictions, I was paying $1,300 a year with Allstate for my '01 Z with no restrictions.
Clean record, 57 years old.
Of course it was as a third car on my policy with no restrictions.

I pay $90 a month with 250-500-250k for me and uninsured motorist with a 500k umbrella. I have this on all my vehicles and I pay about $90 a month on all of them. I use Ameriprise through American Express because they are the only ones that would give me that coverage. However, I have been to jail at least 15 times for speeding (even though I beat most of them) and have 2 20mph over and one 30mph over on my MVR now.
I am surprised that most of the posts are for less than 1k a year. Especially since some of the posts are from guys under 30.

04 Z06, $569 a year with 100/300 Liability, $500 Deductible for Collision/Comprehensive, and Full Glass. This is listed as a second vehicle and I get up to 8500 miles year, but only put about 850 miles on a season. The policy is with Erie Insurance which I feel is a great company to deal with.

I'm 46 , I have a 2003 Z06 with 9000 miles. I pay 79 a month with full coverage state farm insurance, with a clean license. It sucks living in New York, can't wait to retire and get the hell out of here.

To the OP, this is really a loaded question. So many things affect the rate: age, MVR, deductible, UI motorist, & comp/coll amt. I am 45, clean record, $19k guaranteed coverage, 3k mile annual limit, 50/100/50 comp/coll, $500 deduc, with Heacock collectible car insurance and I pay $129 per quarter, thus $516 per year.

BC Canada rates a bit higher I guess....
Most of you have it pretty good.
2004 Z06: March to November, $127/month
2003 BMW 325i: November to March, $116/month
2010 Dodge Grand Caravan: $1262/year
So all told; 9 months Z06, 3 months 325i, 12 months of van; I pay around $2750 for 2 vehicles (storage insurance is $88/year additional).
BTW; no options, you either insure thru ICBC (Insurance Corp Of BC) or you don't use a car on public roads. I have all options on my insurance, but even fairly basic is costly.
P.S. Clean driving record for about 30 years.

Allow me to blow your mind for a moment. We have five other cars in our family with Liberty Mutual, which is the cheapest I can find in OK for teen drivers. For these five cars we have four drivers, myself, my wife, and 18 & 19 year old boys. All of us have clean records with no accidents. $8300 annual with $500 deductibles on each car. That is over $600 per month folks!

Im 29, Clean Record. I pay $100/mo for a unlimited mileage, no usage restrictions policy with 45K agreed value. So about 642/yr when I factor in the 6 months of winter storage. Storage is like $7/mo

I'm at 613/yr (full year use) on an agreed value of 30,700.00 through NCM, listed as a modified car (agreed value is based upon what I paid for the car and the part/modifications cost, not my labor). This is a 500 deductible, with higher coverages for property and injury, etc.
National Corvette Museum insurance...good stuff.
So people are aware...your geographical location...even your specific zip code has a significant impact on your rates. Even one town over at times, can significantly change it. So..comparing insurance rates are often like comparing dyno's...it's all relative.

As for NCM insurance, do you have mileage and usage restrictions?

Yea in the Detroit area I have to pay 1200.00 a year. Way to much! I'm moving further north so I'm hoping it will come down when I get out of this lousy city.

My current policy gives me 6k miles a year, but you can roll over mileage year to year. I have no usage limitations though...it can be driven year round. Basically NCM won't insure daily drivers, only leisure cars. In Pa my usage was limited...winter sucks, summer sucks, life sucks, etc. Now, I'll use the car more, but I've had some down time building to the next stage so...I'm in no shortage of miles...lol.
