Thanks everybody. Yeah, the owner was 18. 18! He seemed like a responsible kid and after talking to his mom, she said that he had saved the money from selling his Mustang and he had been looking for a Vette for a while now. She confirmed that he had his head screwed on straight but still... 18? No way in HELL if I ever have kids they are getting a Corvette when they are 18. I tried to give him the lecture about how much difference there was between driving the Vette and a Mustang (I went from a 2000 GT vert to the C5), and how it WILL get squirrelly on you real quick if your not careful. He seem to be somewhat of a gear head so I think he will be fine. He said his dad has had a ton of vettes, who knows, maybe he is on the boards somewhere.

I listed the car for $23950 and wound up taking $21,250 for it. It was an 02 auto with 24,600 miles on it. I dunno, I think I sold it too cheap but I need to make a job change soon and lighten up the load.
