Default What is this?!?!?!?!

What is this piece? Installing my DRM brake ducts kit and they are sort of in the way..... Car has F45 selective ride so I'm thinking maybe it's to that? If so I will just take them off since the car has coilovers now and F45 deleted.... Thanks!

Sorry for early bump... I am just in the middle of getting my car ready for the track installing these DRM brake ducts and wondering if I can ditch these guys!

Yep, I think thats an adjustable ride part. Pretty sure thats there to monitor your suspension travel so it can adjust the shocks to compensate.

I would venture to say they are part of the F45 active Handling. I have the same parts on my '01 coupe equiped with the F45. I would try a post over on the tech forum. You may get a better answer.

I believe it's a shock/suspension position sensor tied to the F45. I have one too.

What corner are we looking at? I can check my non-F45 equipped car and see what is there.
