for those that have said no, i wonder how many of them (the girlfriends or wives) really care to drive one of our vettes. i have owned corvettes all my life, other than my C4 which my wife just absolutely hated as far as being able to get in and out of it (93 convert), she has absolutely no desire to drive any of my corvettes past or present, but loves them, appreciates them, will ride in one for hours on end without complaint even with the top down driving at highways speeds endlessly, etc, but when left with a choice, she always takes her own car (currently a hemi magnum, so she's not afraid to drive something with some get up and go) even when she could have taken the current corvette.

Girls I have dated never knew I had a Corvette untill after a few dates.
Never wanted to meet a girl ( Bimbo) that wanted to date me just because I drive a Corvette.

yeah, mine was kinda indifferent - she thought it was cool to drive it, but it wasn't like she was begging or anything

oh, i remember at a track weekend in Valdosta last april, there were a couple 500 & 600 horse challengers letting the hooters girls drive them around the restaurant parking lot.

i gotta say - they trusted them eleventybillion times more than i would!
