Rocker panel protector installation...
I searched around a bit, but I couldn't find some good pictures.
I have some rocker panel protectors and because I got them used, I have no instructions. No biggie, pretty cut and dry, but do they get mounted on the rocker panel itself, or the frame?
Any help with pictures and what you did, that would be great.

I got a set from Chip's CCA site over on the left and he had some pretty good installation instructions there.

The slightly bent up part goes toward the front of the Vette -
They attatch to the frame and not the body of the rocker panel!
Pretty straight forward job - I used a little RED Loctite on the threads that go through the rocker protectors and into the frame.(I didn't want them to back out
)

Thanks. The info about the slightly bent up area helps. I was going to use JB Weld instead of the tacky blue stuff. Think that would be a problem? I do not plan on taking these off.
