ArmorAll Trick
I tried that trick where you spray the rubber around the door to stop the wind noise and it worked for me!. Didn't do it on my Vette, did it on my Chevy work truck.

I wouldn't use it on the rubber it is known to dry them out over time. You are better off using dielectric grease.

Amorall has been known to destroy rubber sportboats and dingys.

I got it on my dingy once and it's never been the same.

303 is fantastic to protect, but doesn't rejuvenate.

You can buy a three tube of dielectric grease from Mid-Amercia for just a few busks. Last you for years, or at least for me that is.
I have a picture but it's too large to upload.

I picked up some stuff at NAPA and it is great on all rubber seals. It's called "Syl Glide". Comes in a tube and it will last for years. Used to use it on my 82 T-Tops. Just a thought. And ohhhh no it won't hurt your dingy. lol

I also have a can of natural silicone lubricant made by Rubber Seal that I got from a local body shop years ago - works great for lubricating weatherstripping and is works well for eliminating some wind noises.
