More shots. Threw the seats back in just to see if it toned down the red a little as i've had some feedback that it's too much. oh well i love it ~Cole~

there are like 4-7mm at the top when you open it up and there are 2 plugs at the back of the box that allow for access to 2-10mm bolts. Pretty easy just tricky getting them back in. I was gonna do the side piece of the box but i don't know that i can get that done with my limited wrapping skills as it would take extra stretching and i didn't feel comfortable doing it. Plus it's only visible when the door is open. Also when i get the new sill panels in it may look out of place with the red there as it won't actually blend into the panel it'll still blend into a black panel. I am thinking about doing the lower doors yet but i may go with dye on those.
P.S. Robert Miller, what did you use on yours when you did them? like what brand paint/dye or kit?

Resurrecting the dead... How did you get the glovebox cover to separate from the sub-structure of the glovebox without breaking something?

OP - looks nice!
I did a similar project last summer, but took a slightly different approach (jump to post #16 for detail on what I did & how)...

My hat is off to you! I tried that but my perfectionist got in the way and had Dennis do mine at DD. Have fun!
He does super good work!

Redline Goods makes a lot of C5 interior component parts in leather of any color you need to customize your interior. They even make door panel kits for the upper and lower sections. The things they don't make are the console parts and seats.
