Default when is more too much

I just ordered your HID low beam set up. I dont have it yet but my question is, can you have too many ballasts or is there enough room and power to run these with the low beams as well?

Our ballasts are very slim and light weight. There is plenty of room to mount them. We have guys running the lows and fog hids at the same time too

Default beam pattern

I assume that these are just bulbs, do you get that tight of a pattern seen on your site using the stock fog housings?

You get the bulbs and ballasts. The fog light housings are a projector style so you will get a focused beam of light

I have a 98 C5, with no fog lights. Would the wireing and sockets be in place behind the plastic cover? or would I have to get the wireing, sockets etc.?

You would need the oem foglights for this kit to work

I have screens mounted in front of my fog coves. Is that a problem? Do you change them from behind?

It won't be a problem at all. All the work is done from behind the fog housing.

One more question. Do these HID Fog Kits cause any other issues with the electrical system like the headlights not popping up, etc?

Do the resistors just plug into the HID harness?

No, they attach to the OEM harness that is already on the car. Very simple, no cutting needed
