Default 2 DIY: Front ZO6 license plate mod and painted rear fascia

Did both of these mods in the last week and spent less than $40

Very sharp - wish I could run a front license plate cover like that one but we have to run two plates here.

Thank you, Im supposed to run a front plate but as you can see i dont...going to buy a retractable plate soon

Beautiful job! Is that a chrome front emblem on the hood? If it is, could you tell me where you bought it???

Thank you, yes they are metal chrome emblems. Honestly, i would not suggest these emblems. Reason is, is because they turned yellow and spotty in under a year and because they are made of metal, the front emblem will not curve to the shape of your bumper...im not sure who i bought them from.

Thanks. I bought a pair but the front emblem could not be shaped even after a heat gun was applied by my bodyshp.

looks good but i would try a different type of mesh on that filler plate (jmo)

yea, i was going to buy the normal Z06 mesh but my buddy had this kind laying around so it was also a free mod

Looks great!! For some reason people still pay crazy $150+ that companies charge for the front plate mod.

You realize that you have to DRILL into your front facsia to install the retractable one??

really the one ive seen mounts in between the license plate area and the fog light area...seemed to me it mounted on that small frame in front of the radiator

Yea that is crazy. It is a pretty simple mod. You need to just build up the courage to cut the car lol
